The structure in Juzni bulevar street no.88 is built according to high standards. It is most easily noticed when observing the way and the quality of craft work. The special attention was paid to the choice of parquet, sanitary ware, stone, as well as to installing them. This structure has in its basement part the storage and garage area which are reached via a loading platform from General Horvatović Street. On the ground floor there are business areas, while on the floors there are two or three flats of different structures – from flats with one bedroom to comfortable flats with three bedrooms. Every flat has either a balcony or a built-in balcony, while the bigger flats have two built-in balconies.
