The structure in Juzni bulevar street no.88 is built according to high standards. It is most easily noticed when observing the way and the quality of craft work. The special attention was paid to the choice of parquet, sanitary ware, stone, as well as to installing them. This structure has in its basement part the storage and garage area which are reached via a loading platform from General Horvatović Street. On the ground floor there are business areas, while on the floors there are two or three flats of different structures – from flats with one bedroom to comfortable flats with three bedrooms. Every flat has either a balcony or a built-in balcony, while the bigger flats have two built-in balconies. 

Our structure in Brace Kovac 9, in intimate and protected micro-ambiance, but very close to all important necessities for comfortable everyday life: markets, post-office, but what is even more important, very close to vast parks and traffic facilities as well. The structure itself is in the spirit of its immediate surrounding with only nine flats. We have also planned garage space in the basement of the structure. The structure has six levels: basement (garages and storage rooms), ground floor, two floors, loft (flats) and attic area.  

The flats are mainly of medium size (two and two and a half bedrooms) and on the ground floor there are smaller flats – with one bedroom. All the flats that are not on the ground floor have balconies, as well. The special charm to this structure will be added by the garden arrangement, specially designed by an expert, as well as the lighting arrangement which will give a sense of warmth. 

By observing our already built structure in Juzni bulevar 88, you can imagine the possible form of the structure we are going to build next to it at Južni bulevar 86. We want them to make a harmonious couple. Between them there is going to be a small garden, which is going to be a well-designed green area, with paths and benches suitable for a rest, hanging out and meeting the neighbours. And why is that important? The house that provides you with a constant comfort and a constant quality is the house that you have to keep and work on, and that is easier if you know who you are sharing it with. Your home is not just your flat, so that is why, with a little of effort and a little of good will your building’s staircase, halls and garden can become an irrestistible part of your home. That certainly gives you the feeling that you have chosen wisely.

The garage spaces and the joint area are in the basement. The vehicles are transferred to this level by an auto-lift from General Horvatović Street. On the ground floor there are business areas, located immediately next to an attractive street for trading (Južni bulevar). The flats of different structures are located on the other floors (there are flats that have from one to four bedrooms). Every flat has either a built-in balcony or a balcony, and of course the bigger flats have more built-in balconies. We particularly draw your attention to attractive and luxurious flats on the last level that contains big living-rooms, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, balconies and built-in balconies. These flats are also well-oriented and have an exquisite view of the city.
